Our Leadership

Tony Beites

I started in the industry back in 1994 working with roofing, sheet metal, and waterproofing; later in 2006 I acquired Vilarense Waterproofing. Building this company from the ground up through hands on work, strong leadership, and a commitment to completing every project properly. I began by working directly in the field furthering my experience in waterproofing systems. Developing a level of reputation that delivers dependable workmanship results. At the same time, managing the direction of the company, developing relationships with contractors, securing new projects, and building a reputation based on reliability, trust, and consistent performance.

As the company has grown, my role has expanded from field operations into project leadership, client relations, and technical consultation. I regularly work with contractors, consultants, and engineers to address site challenges, coordinate solutions, and determine the best way to move projects forward. I also remain committed to developing the next generation of workers by training new laborer's, sharing practical knowledge, and reinforcing the importance of safety, quality workmanship, and accountability.
